The SKIL 8003 is a powerful 2000 W heat gun, ideal for a wide range of applications such as stripping and drying paint, applying heat-shrink tubing, and shaping plastics. It features three combined temperature and airflow settings, allowing you to match performance to the task.
A constant heat control mechanism prevents overheating by automatically switching off the heating element when temperatures get too high, while the fan continues cooling. Once normal temperature is restored, the heating element switches back on, enabling continuous operation.
The tool is compatible with most standard heat gun nozzles and includes practical features for improved usability, including a stable base for hands-free operation, a 2.75 m power cord for extended reach, and an ergonomic handle for comfortable long-term use.
