L/B Valve Super Swivel Con 6183 A, also known as a  Super Large Bore Swivel Angle Connector. 
It is used in large bore tire valve systems to provide an angled connection point for inflation and pressure checking, often on large vehicles or machinery. This connector features a 90° bend and a swivel design that helps reduce the risk of hose kinking and twisting, allowing free movement of hoses during use. The 6183A model specifically has a 90° angle bend.
